Any modification or installation without our authorization.

Faults or damages caused by man-made behaviors.

Damage caused during repair of the product without our authorization.

The warranty period has expired.

In case of any returns made a replacement or refund is done based on the terms and conditions.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This WARRANTY covers the products ‘defectives for a period of 90 days from the first retail date. During this period, we replace or refund any damaged product returned to us. This warranty does not cover defects caused by man-made behavior, misuse, accidents, especially after the warranty period. It does not cater to the commercial use of the products. It excludes products whose payments have not been made. Improper use of the products is not covered too in this warranty. Guidelines are given on the use of the products.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. AKTAVA RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS IS LIMITED TO 9 MONTHS AFTER ACQUIRING THE PRODUCT. LIMITED TO REFUND OR RETURN AS OUTLINED.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY CAUSED BY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR MAN-MADE BEHAVIOUR BY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS.
