Yes, we ship out custom creations all over the world! Shipping costs will vary.

There is no fee to discuss a custom project with our design team, however we do require a deposit prior to moving forward with your piece. This deposit will go towards the final price of your item. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

We take pride in our work, and items from Akatva are build to last. Your custom purchase is protected with with a five-year limited product warranty. If your item is defective, and shows unexpected wear within five years of the date of purchase, Akatva will replace the item at no cost to you. The item must have been properly used and maintained, and not been altered from its original form.

Custom orders typically take longer to ship than ready-made items since they are made to your specifications. If you need an item in a hurry, contact our team and we will see what we can do. We will do it for you if we can! Rush fees will apply.

We would be happy to create a design incorporating a specific stone that you already own. You are responsible for shipping it to our facility. We are not be able to offer a warranty on the stone.

Our team will send you the design and scale before production for you to approve. There should be no surprises when your piece is delivered. We do not accept returns for custom items.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and this means getting your items to you as quickly as possible. After you order is confirmed, it will ship within two days. Depending on the destination, your item should arrive within a week. We ship all over the world.

Shipping rates will be calculated based on weight and distance. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
