Standard Return Policy

It is possible as a company not to satisfy you completely through our products. But we do our best to ensure that we meet your needs. In case something is not right, we highly recommend that you should let us know as soon as possible. Our return process is simple, transparent, and reliable. This is on the basis that you let us within 30 days. Also, ensure the product’s condition is unhampered with. In case the return is because of our errors, we will refund back the total cost that includes the shipping charges.

We only accept a return for or refund if;

  • The product has not been altered. It is in the same condition as it was while being delivered.
  • Thus items that have been installed or show signs of installations are not accepted.
  • The products are listed in our catalog and on our site.

Pack the product in its original shipping box and ensure it is completely sealed for easy shipment. Remove any labels or stickers and print the return number and address label as per the email. This eases the process of recognition. Once your returned order arrives at our stores, it will be processed into our inventory, where you will be accredited within 48 hours.  A confirmation email is sent to you once the return has been processed. In cases of refunds, after receiving the returned product, the process takes 3-4 days, where your account is accredited. We remain loyal throughout the process; this is an assurance that you will receive your refund as soon as the process is over.
